The early bird captures the memories...

I'm not one to judge- if you put your tree up in September, deck your halls in October or go mistletoe mad in August that's absolutely your choice! Personally, my tree goes up in December and by new years day it's all boxed up again!

But for work, my Christmas prep starts in September with promo shoots and my shoots are done and dusted before December even begins!

And here's why...

December is hectic! December is full on! There's people you need to see, countless school events, things you need to do and everyone is busy busy and running around like headless Christmas turkeys! Plus, the post is slow slow slow and everything just seems to take longer!

So, like most family and children photographers, I don't want to risk getting caught in the festive backlog, and like to shoot my Christmas portraits in November to make sure you have everything you need well in time for Christmas gifting!

This year, I'll be photographing my Christmas themed sessions from November 20th to November 26th, an entire week of back to back sessions with your little cherubs. Babies, toddlers, preschoolers, older children and their families will all be joining me in my cosy Widnes studio here in Cheshire for festive fun!

My set up is real, interactive and totally unique, just like all of your little wonders. Clients come to me year after year from all around the North-West- I'm in easy reach of Liverpool, St Helens, Runcorn, Frodsham, Warrington, Merseyside and Wigan.

I'll spend the following week putting together private online viewing galleries so parents can choose their favourite images to download and get creative making gifts, cards, prints, wall art, whatever their hearts desire for Christmas gifting or investing in their child's memories.

The week after that will be spent editing and delivering the images and fuelling myself with mince pies and before you know it, it's mid December, my work will be done and products and images safe with my beautiful clients.

Every year, December swings round and my inbox if full of last minute requests for shoots as people realise that portraits are just an amazing gift for parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and anyone amazing in your childs life, and sadly, I have to turn them away.

You may see me for a short shoot, but the time in professionally delivering images to you is much much longer.

Don't miss out on spreading Christmas joy! Book a Christmas Portrait session with me now!
